Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The company undertakes no liability for cancellation of trips, due to breakdown or for other reasons beyond the control of the management. However, a proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.
2. Female passengers are allowed to book next to a female passenger only. In case there is a booking request from a male, they shall be made to shift to another seat.
3. Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage.
4. No refund is permissible for the cancellation of tickets that have been postponed/advanced. You cannot issue cash coupons in such cases.
5. Cancellation is prohibited for special services.
6. Station departure is the starting point of the journey, and the first boarding point.
7. A child of 5 years of age or more is liable for a full ticket.
8. Customers are solely responsible for carrying their handbag / personal belongings. Rajesh Transports will not be liable for any loss/damage of their hand baggage / personal belongings.
9. Rajesh Transports shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to articles not permitted to be contained in Checked Baggage as per the provisions of the Conditions of Carriage (including, without limitation, fragile or perishable items, items having a special value, such as money, jewellery, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, negotiable papers, camera, TV, securities, or other valuables, business documents, passports, and other identification documents).
10. Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammable, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, cartons, and any other articles that are prohibited under law. The maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs, and the dimension of a Checked-in Baggage must not exceed L 152 cm x W 58 cm x H 101 cm.
11. Rajesh Transports reserves the right to charge you for excess baggage, as per our rules and regulations. Rajesh Transports shall not take responsibility in the event of loss/theft or damage to the passenger luggage. Rajesh Transports reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers.
12. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. There may be a delay in bus timings owing to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.
13. Changes to the origin or destination of travel and customer name changes are not permitted.
14. Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day before the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency.
15. Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus during the journey.
16. A passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the bus.
17. Consuming alcohol in the service buses is strictly prohibited as it creates inconvenience for co-passengers.
18. Eating any kind of outside food except the snacks offered by Rajesh Transports is not allowed inside the service bus as it emanates/Spreads the smell in the A/c vehicle and affects the other passengers.
19. In the case of open tickets, the fare prevailing at the time of confirmation of the journey will be charged.
20. Video, Wifi, Headsets, or any other complimentary features/amenities on the buses is not guaranteed. These are complementary features. No video will be played between 12 am to 6:00 am.
21. Pregnant women having completed more than 6 months of gestation are not allowed to travel.
22. Seats will be confirmed after successful payment only. (Depending Upon Seat Availability)
23. It is mandatory that the passenger carries the same identity card which was submitted at the time of booking. Rajesh Transport reserves the right to deny the boarding if you fail to present the same.
24. The cancellation refund will be remitted as cash credit or cash coupon of one-year validity. You can use this cash coupon anytime within one year to do any further bookings. Cash coupon may be redeemed as a refund to your respective Credit/Debit Card account within 30 days of the ticket refund initiation. The refund cash coupon amount would carry a Payment Gateway transaction charge of 5%.
25. Coupon can be used only once if any difference amount cannot be processed for a refund.
